Parkers Canyon, CA

      Parkers Canyon is a mildly-populated city in Northern California. Although the city is home to Parkers Canyon High School and the supernatural element, there exists much more within the city limits. The City Square is the center of Parkers Canyon, full of various hot-spots. Just beyond the square is the City Mall. Beyond that is the residential area of Parkers Canyon, where its inhabitants live. Scattered throughout the city are various wooded areas that seem even darker at night. Below is a list of locations for characters to explore in Parkers Canyon.

Town Square

  • The Fountain: sits directly in the middle of the City Square. It’s a large, luxurious fountain where people gather, sit, and hang out. Surrounding the Fountain are various benches for additional sitting.

  • Raven’s Nest Diner: A small 50’s-style diner complete with pink booths and beaming blue neon lights. They serve traditional home-style food and every milkshake under the full moon.

  • Canyon Cinema: A mid-sized movie theater. They sometimes host special themed event nights.

  • Ice Cream & Candie Shoppe: A dessert parlor.

  • Deja Brew: A trendy coffee shop in the vain of Starbucks serving favorites such as the Fleetwood Mac-chiato, the Brewed Awakening, and the Espresso Patronum.

  • The Roller Dome: A 2000’s Pop roller skating rink with rentable skates and a full snack bar.

Parkers Canyon Mall

  • The Arcade: A game room with a vintage bowling alley attached. 

  • The Plaza: the food court in the center of the mall with a Pizzeria, Panda Express, and Chic-fil-A.

  • Various department and pop-up stores.

Parkers Canyon High School

  • Go Ravens!

  • The Lounge: A relaxed area on the second floor of the high school filled with adequate singing and vending machines. Students may hang here during free period and lunch.

  • Cafeteria: The Cafeteria offers abundant seating, but students may also eat in the Lounge. Food is served a la carte, offering a variety of choices from cheese fries to fried burritos.

  • Gym: A large space with a basketball court and stadium seating. The Basketball team plays and practices here. (Cheerleaders practice on the front lawn).

  • The Staff Room: A small room with computers and rolling chairs lining the walls. The staff of the Canyon Courier, the school newspaper, meet here.

  • Various classrooms and offices.
