NIGHT HAG

General

The Night Hag was the primary antagonist in Season 1. She was summoned to Parkers Canyon through the energy awakened by the Parkers Canyon Circles Binding Spell in the pilot episode. Her ultimate goal was to permanently possess a circle witch in order to live on the physical plane again permanently. Ultimately, she completed her spell in the season finale and permanently possessed Kyle Scott, killing multiple people before CJ killed Kyle, destroying The Night Hag forever.

Abilities/Attributes

  • Magic - The Night Hag possessed various unknown magical capabilities

  • Possession - The ability to place your spirit in another’s body to take control of them

  • Nightmare Manifestation - The ability to create nightmares in her victims head and manifest them onto the physical plane

    • At the end of episode 1, The Night Hag terrorizes Tyler in his sleep with a nightmare of himself attacking a human. She then manifests this nightmare in town in order to kill Cyrus Nygma

  • Teleportation

Weaknesses

  • Counterspell - In the season one finale, Cyrus tells the witches that there is a counterspell that could defeat The Night Hag and her motives. However, the witches were not able to perform it in time.

  • Death of Vessel - When the Night Hag’s permanent vessel (Kyle) was killed, she was destroyed.

Victims

  • Cyrus Nygma - In episode 1 she manifested a nightmare of Tyler in wolf form and tore him to shreds

  • Lindsey Grant - At the end of episode 2, The Hag possessed Lilly Lane and initiated a sex ritual with a confused Marc. She used the rituals magic to cause Lindsey to have a fatal car accident. Her motive was to leave the wolves in town without a leader on the next full moon (Episode 3), hoping it would increase bloodshed.

  • Garrett Boehlke - In the season 1 finale, The Night Hag slashed his throat with her claws

  • Former Police Chief - In the season 1 finale, she ripped out his throat when he shot at her in the gym

  • Ryder Kennedy - In the season 1 finale, she tore his head off with her bare hands before completing her ritual and possessing Kyle

  • Nathan Swarra - After permanently possessing Kyle, The Night Hag uses his magic to set Nathan on fire

  • Robbys Vest - In Kyles Body, the Night Hag ripped off Robbys vest and threw it into the fire she started in the gym
