WITCHES
General
Witches are supernatural creatures with the ability to affect change in the natural world through magical means. Witches work with energy around them to produce a number of effects. Anybody has the ability to work the magic, but some people are born witches with a natural affinity for magic.
Abilities/Attributes

Extended lifespan - Although essentially human, witches have an extended lifespan and typically can live to be over 100 years old. Over time their aging becomes slower than that of a normal human.

Spell Casting - The power to control or shape events through incantations and rituals. Experienced witches can simply think their incantations rather than speak them to achieve their desired effect.

Resurrection - The ability to bring a soul back from the Afterlife

Telekinesis (only in a circle)

Pyrokinesis (only in a circle)
Weaknesses

Mortality - Witches are mortal creatures and thus can die through any circumstance that would kill an ordinary human (although history has favored hangings and burnings at the stake)
Circles
-
Witches can choose to operate alone, but can also form circles to increase their power. A circle must be comprised of at least 4 members. Once the circle is bound through a ceremony, the witches gain the abilities of telekinesis and pyrokinesis.
