Sheriff Victor Vincent is originally from Santa Clarita, California. For originally unknown reasons, Sheriff Vincent jumped at the opportunity to accept the Sheriff position in Parkers Canyon and move his family to the town. He is currently investigating the string of serial witch killings in town, while keeping a watchful eye on his children.
