Garrett is Parkers Canyon’s typical surfer dude. He uses this chill persona as a facade to keep from admitting to himself that he is much smarter and more feisty than anyone will ever give him credit for. He is just coming into his psychic abilities, and finds this is another thing he is hiding about himself. He wants to get along with everybody and prove that he is cool and confident, and he thinks that if people knew about his abilities, they would ostracize him.
