During the ritual, the students were mostly fixated on a kegstand competition initiated by CJ, Mike, and Kayden. Tess impresses everyone with her skills, excluding Kylie Blue, who kicks her off the cheerleading squad for her actions.

Torrance and Mike note it would be a good story for the Courier. Julie runs into Mike and Kayden, insisting Mike give her number to Kayden. CJ leaves to the diner, and Luna follows him. They do not speak and both leave soon after.

Back at the party, Lilly goes to the restroom, and the Night Hag manifests in the mirror and shrieks at her; the lights go out. Kylie Blue was just about to ditch the party, but then the lights come back on, and she pretends like she wasn’t.

Lilly tells the Trinity and Tyler questions Lilly about the lights, but she plays the event off. Outside, Nina arrives at the party and greets Julie and Lindsey, her boyfriend, and Lindsey introduces her to new student Elijah Terrin.

Kyle tries to start a game of truth-or-dare, but it is an utter failure. Lindsey declares a new game: everybody in the pool. Jenny connects with Robby, and they share a kiss in the pool. Kyle and Forest both become jealous. Kyle and Jenny begin a telekinetic tiff, while Forest swims and kisses Robby. He denies her, and she leaves the party crying. Soon after, the party ends.

Dolly and Oliver sneak away and decide to go to the Ravens Nest Diner. She texts Jenny and Lilly, and the girls decide to join her, inviting along Robby and Blaise. Oliver is upset about the decision but decides to go for Dolly. Jenny and Lilly leave and reluctantly take Kyle with them after he insists on tagging along.

On her way home, Forest’s car breaks down, and she gets lost in the woods. Before heading to the diner, Lindsey and Elijah locate Forest and offer her a ride home; she accepts. Elijah also goes home. Lindsey meets Nina at the diner.

Kayden and Julie run into each other outside and decide to go to the diner together. They share an awkward exchange with the Trinity, eat together, and part at the end of the night.

Back at Red Grave, Emmaleigh discovers that both Cyrus and Garrett are psychics. She tells them that she is a witch, and they all agree to keep each other's secrets; though Emmaleigh quickly texts the Circle about the boys.

Both Blaise and Garrett argue with Kyle, with Blaise vividly telling him off. He apologizes to Lilly for his actions, and she forgives him.

Dolly and Oliver go outside for “fresh air” and continue connecting, agreeing to go together to the Roller Dome event the next day; Blaise and Robby both promise Lilly and Jenny, respectively, that they will be there as well. Soon after, everybody leaves the diner for the night.

At school the next day, Victoria texts Tessa and apologizes for missing the party and insinuates that she can convince Kylie to allow her back on the squad. However, Torrance invites her to Newspaper after confirming with Mike that there is an opening.

At lunch, Robby accidentally drinks from Victoria’s blood-filled thermos, but she glamours him into thinking it is just bad coffee.

In Newspaper, Mike and Torrance agree that the drama between Tessa and Kylie will headline the first edition; Tessa agrees to be featured. Elijah sits alone outside and is approached by Ryder; the two of them bond and they agree to check out the newspaper meeting together.

At cheer practice, Julie has another awkward encounter with Jenny and Lilly. Forest struggles with the cheer, and Kylie berates her. Nina and Jenny come to her aid, but Kylie quickly shuts them down as well. They go through the cheer while Kylie shouts disparaging comments at the girls. However, she compliments Forest at the end of the routine.

At Basketball practice, the Coach leads the boys in a scrimmage as they prepare for their first game. CJ and Lindsey are put on the same team, leading to brief tension.

Victoria opens up to Oliver about her relationship, or lack thereof, with Mike, and he relates to his own relationship to Lindsey. Dolly joins them outside, and she and Oliver leave to the Ravens Nest Diner together. Lindsey and Nina go back to his house and have sex.

At the Roller Dome, the Trinity runs into Marc, who insists he isn’t going to skate. They go to the rink by themselves while Cyrus and Elijah begin a subtle flirtation. Ryder and Luna meet up and skate together, revealing to each other their extensive pasts.

Meanwhile, Tessa skates with Victoria until she leaves her side to skate with Oliver. Julie and Marc eat nachos together and are soon joined by Mike. When Mike and Julie leave to skate in the rink together, Marc joins the Trinity.

The girls soon spot Oliver skating with Victoria, who is quick to apologize to Dolly when she learns Oliver is supposed to be her date. Oliver comes to apologize to Dolly, and they go to the rink to talk.

Dolly forgives Oliver and they share a moment. However, when Dolly turns to Oliver, she sees the Night Hag in his place. The Night Hag shrieks at her and she crawls away in fear. The other skaters look on as they see Dolly crawling away from a very confused Oliver.

Ryder and Luna dismiss the incident and leave the Rollerdome, spending the night at her place. Cyrus, also a psychic, sees the Night Hag along with Dolly and leaves the Rollerdome after the incident; leaving Elijah alone on the rink.

Dolly and Oliver go outside to get some air, while Jenny and Robby make plans for him to spend the night. Lilly leaves the Roller Dome with Tessa and Marc, but they soon part ways. Robby and Jenny leave the Roller Dome and Jenny meets Lilly at her car. She drives Lilly home and then meets Robby at her place. Oliver walks Dolly home from the Roller Dome.

After the Roller Dome incident, Luna attacks Forest, who has gone out and gotten lost again, but she an adverse reaction to Forest’s blood. Kayden witnesses the attack and captures Luna; Forest runs away in fear.

The Night Hag influences Tyler to dream about murdering Cyrus Nygma, bringing the dream into reality and killing Cyrus. Dolly has the same dream. In Garrett’s dream, he watches as the Night Hag influences Tyler.
