James is a ruthless basketball player at Parkers Canyon High. Two years ago, his father was killed by a vampire. After the murder, he took up his father’s mantle as a slayer. However, James is only interested in slaying vampires. Although he is aware of the existence of werewolves and witches, his vendetta his solely against vampires. Still, he abides by the treaty and harms nobody inside of Parkers Canyon. Instead, he waits until they are beyond city boundaries. He is moderately popular at school, but always suspecting others of secretly being a vampire.
